The Wall Street Journal said that the Abilene site is "being done without SoftBank" - but Bloomberg reported in late May that "OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank hope that the site in Texas is the first of many across the US." Did Oracle, SoftBank and OpenAI lie to Bloomberg?
