This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

The reason that Menlo is doing this is because these large VCs don't want to use their actual funds to do deals like these, so they can avoid putting them on their balance sheets. Interesting that they don't want to do that!
