This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Something weird is going on here. This doesn't feel like it's about the safety of investors, SPVs were a big part of at least funding Anthropic. I guess they don't want anyone getting carry or fees off the investment? Or people they don't want owning stock? Very strange
