This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This shit is really bad. The markets are on steroids. OpenAI is the largest customer here and OpenAI does not have the money to pay the bills. Other cloud providers will play this silly game too, lots of "a few years out" contracts that they have to revise. Ugly.
