This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I am extremely bearish on this ads product because A) I'm not sure how great this data is for actual targeting and B) we have no idea what the CPM/CPA pricing will be. Even if this becomes a good business line, OpenAI's services cost too much for it to matter!
