Oracle had negative $24bn free cash flow last quarter, and has agreed to build $100bn+ of data centers for one customer (OpenAI), taking on massive debt to do so, and also the customer cannot pay for the compute, and Oracle cannot afford to build the data centers. Their other businesses plateaued.
