I will say this: AI is absolutely not too big to fail. OpenAI or Anthropic dying is not even remotely comparable to what would’ve happened if AIG died or they didn’t do TARP. Also, the TARP bailout was only for financial instruments too! The AI bubble is much simpler and dumber.
