I'd bet. I live in a temperate rain forest where typical summer droughts were 6 weeks and 25 C tops, I stress WERE. It has been over 30 C on many days, from June right into September. Drought lasts all summer now.
I am lucky to be in a relatively smoke free location, not today though, bit of haze.
