Looks perfect to me. A lot of people do not bake stuff long enough to get the crustiness and carmelization.
Fun fact: If for some reason you have a package of those awful soft chocolate chip cookies JUST BAKE THEM SOME MORE and you will have decent (for factory made) cookies.
