Nice paper by Waxmans lab: A thorough assessment of the Cannabinoids CBD, CBG and CBN and their effect on the voltage gated sodium channel Nav 1.8. All three inhibit Nav 1.8 in the micromolar range. (https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.2416886122), confirming prior work by Beans lab on CBD (https://doi.org/10.1523/jneurosci.3216-20.2021).
