Microsoft is going to hurt the Surface brand with AI gimmicks. I understand the desire to hype up a device’s neural processing unit but until the NPU can do something that truly makes a device stand out, this is a waste of marketing dollars. Every laptop can run ChatGPT--you’re not fooling anyone.
