Just posted "Towards Pretrial Criminal Adjudication" (coauthored with Chesa Boudin, who is sadly not on Bluesky) to SSRN (https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=5026754), forthcoming in the Boston College Law Review.
