Curious: If you've got a Windows ARM64 device, can you try out soundtools.io/voice-cloning/? It works great for me on my Intel desktop, but fails entirely (gibberish output) in Edge and Chrome on my Gen7 Surface running ARM64. https://soundtools.io/voice-cloning/
