There's no growth in Marathon's deaths. You die because of dumb bad luck that you ran into a team with higher gear. Or a team that set a trap you unwittingly fell into that won't be there the next time around. Or you were distracted by UESC bots and got sniped. Whatever it is, it's a one-off.
