Of all the LLMs I've tested, Llama, the model behind Meta's AI, is the most systematically biased against trans people. Grok, Gemini, and ChatGPT all perform somewhat similarly when it comes to discussing gender affirming care for trans youth. Llama sticks out for including antitrans pseudoscience.
