My morning wake-up routine is slightly unusual, due to haemodialysis. It takes a long time to get to my desk these days.
Alarm: ~6.30 (15 mins until end of dialysis to prepare)
End of dialysis: 6.45
Off the machine: 7:05
Feed the dogs and make tea: 7:15
Take meds: 7:25
Second tea: 7:35
Up: 7:40
