I got to end of work today and meant to read some book. I fell fast asleep. This also happens to me frequently at weekends - I work all week and remain, I think, pretty efficient. Then the weekend comes and it's like narcolepsy. I am very severely anaemic, so I have an excuse, but it's frustrating!
