This week I am changing my rheumatoid arthritis medication from tocilizumab to upadacitinib. This second time of being on tocilizumab brought a resurgence of the bowel paralysis that I had before when on it. The co-occurrence seems more than chance co-incidence. Really hope the new drug works fast.
