I turn 40 this month. I am struggling to think of anything I can do to celebrate. I have to go for dialysis and IV feeding in the late afternoon/evening. I am not very mobile at all at the moment, but now have a fold-up powerchair. We live in Kent on the South-East coast. Any ideas?
