This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

And I say all this as a once international student & international faculty in the US. This is not hypothetical to many of us, of how stressful it is to worry about academic & visa status, about finances, not being allowed to work outside of visa rules, etc (+ being separated by family by continents)
