This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Try the trip planner eg from Pridniprovska Railway, which is still available outside Ukraine, those are the trains from Lviv to Uzhhorod for example. The planner works for all Ukrainian suburban trains, don't use the English version though because it lacks many stations.
