This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Implementing this now, and I think verification checking might need to refuse to follow cross-origin redirects, otherwise any (common, sadly) open redirect on a site would allow adding malicious entries to a publication.
