This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Also I guarantee it still says "great question" and "you're absolutely right" all the time because this is simply too many instructions for the chatbot to reliably implement simultaneously.
