If this does not work, your PDS maybe outdated. To force an update:
$ docker pull ghcr.io/bluesky-social/pds:0.4
$ systemctl restart pds.service
Check with:
$ curl -s localhost:3000/xrpc/_health
{"version":"0.4.193"}
Don't update with pdsadmin, it will revert possible changes to files /pds
