Even worse, Ohio is a "per se" state. That means if you test positive for X amount of THC then you are violating Ohio's OVI laws. Period. No proof of actual impairment needed. PLUS, attorneys cannot challenge this in court, arguing their client was not, in fact, impaired. 4/7
