This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I am really enjoying experimenting with Meshcore. The Brussels network is improving, and the Belgian coast is now reachable with consistency. I expect broader coverage for eastern Brussels in time, along with Wallonia, though the obstacles there are more substantial.
