Hi! This looks like it might be an issue to bring up with with Gitea as it looks like they might not be handling the potential for unknown headers correctly https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/blob/main/modules/git/commit_convert_gogit.go#L16. Both GitHub and GitLab handle extra headers in case new headers get added to core git.
