This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Obvious problems are no moat and unreliability. Unless you build a lot more technology on top than prompts, anyone can duplicate what you did. But also when you try to update the underlying LLM, because new LLMs are not consistent with the old, all your clever but fragile code on top breaks.
