マルチシリアルが入ったパンを作ります。
加水率82%くらいなので、ヘラで材料を混ぜ、蓋して寝かせ、30分毎に手で引っ張って畳んで…を繰り返します。
手ごねより圧倒的に楽なので、この方法ばっかりになってしまった。
