From my recent batch of candied blood orange peel - I made this blood orange, pistachio, and white chocolate nougat with a hint of rosemary, inspired by Skye Gyngell's 𝘚𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨. It's chewy, citrusy, nutty, and just a touch herbaceous. #nougat
