This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

Ok so the main feedback was:
* less text
* more focus on the avatar
* dataviz: nice but should not distract, clean option is also nice.
So first for the clean option I have these.
Name and jobline scale with the content, can overflow to 2nd line if needed
