This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

It blows my mind when JS packages publish for every commit and end up with thousands of versions on npm.
For example Primer React (https://www.npmjs.com/package/@primer/react) publishes ~20 - 30 times a day via commit-based CI.
Good dev pattern, or misuse of npm?
