时隔几十年第一次跳绳。今天晚上去楼下和 JR 一起跳绳，我跳了600个。体力不是问题，就是怎么刚开始跳就臂膀酸，酸到不行，跳几十个就要休息一下，也不知道是那块肌肉没力气还是玩手机玩多了有劳损？打算这个冬天每天都跳1000个。
