This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

When working, it didn't look too different from what you'd expect: the scene preview showed a layout with whatever cropping of cameras/games you're setting up.
The problems came more from the "preview" not being real. Outside of emergencies, you weren't actually switching OBS scenes.
