This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I'm pleased with how the automated "Table of Contents" feature turned out for @recollect.
It automatically updates based on the headings you add or remove, and it also updates when you edit the heading text.
And those jump links...so smooth!
