うーん。このMoore(2019)はスーツ的な「形式主義 formalism」というよりは、DeKoven(1978)や、Hughes(1983)の系譜に連なる議論にも見えるが……
Mooreとしては、conventionによってルール自体を変化させるルール（ハートの二次ルール的なもの）を内包することができるので、それを形式主義 formalismと言いたいのだろうという感じはなんとなくわからんではない。formalismと、公式主義 Officialismは違うのだと。Conventional Formalismという立場からは、二次ルールを内包できるんだ、と。
