He is imposing them to line his rich friends pockets. Project 2025 wants to end all income and corporate taxes and move 100% consumption taxes like tariffs. Florida has that, the poor pay 13% and the rich pay 2.7% into the state coffers. Now they want to do that nationally. This is about the $$$$$$.
