This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

It lets you upload & download arbitrary files to Bluesky's Blob storage (or any ATptodo PDS).
The Blobs don't show up in your timeline, they just "exist".
