A great deal of women's health in general—and trans health in specific—is mired in an abject lack of data (c.f. https://doi.org/10.3390/jcm13226795), and where we have data it very rarely applies directly to trans people 1:1.
Making your own decisions in the face of that is not remotely the same as denialism.
