I use this one. The recipe says you can use any tofu, but I always use silken; the firm ones you get in UK supermarkets don't blend. I don't have a food processor so I just knead by hand for about five minutes, then let it rest for four hours to autolyze. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wMQSUQ46A5E
