This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

This is my feeling too! Which is kinda the source of my confusion on the concept; we're building the greatest Distribution engine in history, but people talk about it as the thing we DON'T have. Like we just invented food trucks and everybody's like "psh, all the hungry people are at restaurants."
