This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

One of the perils of open source software is where you actually get it from. Where is the package registry (think App Store but more general and without the fees or glitz) and who runs the gatekeeping for it and security testing.
