Here it is. My first attempt at sulppang (술빵). It turned out great. Light, spongy, fluffy, sweet but with that lingering sourness of the makgeolli. Those are romano beans on top (most recipes call for cranberry beans but these are essentially the same and were readily available.) #Kfood #KoreanFood
