无语了，20^25 年了，dnf4 还不支持 drop-in 配置 /etc/dnf.conf ……
我为啥光在这发牢骚而不是我行我上呢？因为社区已经有人提完 PR 但是没有人合并呀
那我为啥不去推 PR 合并呢？因为这个 issue 被关掉前最后的一条回复是：这个需求已经在 dnf5 实现
所以上游的态度就是你想要这个功能就升级 dnf5 去吧，并不觉得有必要在 dnf4 也实现这个优化
但是哪怕是最新的 RHEL 10，默认的包管理工具也是 dnf4……上游这个态度真的有点不食人间烟火了😅
