This is a heavily interactive web application, and JavaScript is required. Simple HTML interfaces are possible, but that is not what this is.

I see that @UPS #MyChoice now will give me 50 points for each package that I let them not deliver to my house (instead to the nearest UPS Store). Each point is worth $0.01, so effectively they're saying the value/cost of the "final mile" is $0.50. That's way below my pay grade.
