Union leadership has to do something to actuallly lead. I am in a union shop and I only make 20 K more than I did 32 years ago and my benefits are much worse. Leadership saying "it woud be worse without us" does not substantiate their 180k salary. I was a grievance chair for a decade. Never won one.
