pgx 5.11 parses connection strings like libpq. In a URI, ?application_name=my+app gave "my app" on 5.10 and gives "my+app" on 5.11 in our run; psql 18.6 agrees with the new reading. Use %20 for a space. https://github.com/jackc/pgx/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md
