Guidelines stipulate that a PENG block should have the same restrictions as neuraxial block with regard to anticoagulation. This strikes me as overkill, just based on anatomy. And considering the damage from a 21G cannula compared to, say the hip-fracture. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
