I'm looking to shift our shop to Ropivacaine single shot for regional, surgical anaesthesia. I feel the evidence for 3mg/kg max is shaky, and from a pre-ultrasound era. Using 5 mg/ml, I might hit the roof, and need more volume. Any references and thoughts appreciated. #AnSky
