I’d stay away from them. No refund for a cancelled Hamburg train! They pretend the bus can keep the same schedule. It clearly can’t, and even the quickest FlixBus, with fewer stops, takes 30 minutes longer.
Comparable transport conditions do exist on this route. Clear EU passenger rights violation.
